Build from 2017-01-05 : Paints for lights and bricks

Ok so for the new year I finally have paint for brick and light ! sunny

It was an heavy update as I changed a lot of stuff deep in the code and had to update the blueprint format several time.
You will loose brick based construction, but not too many people used that yet to it is fine.
I updated Le Saint Just, the Tsunami and the Alouette with the new bricks.

[CHANGELOG]
* Fix on Brick Build with offset.
* Paint working on Brick Entity.
* Stud are a bit easier to target.
* Fix bricks raycast for overlapping bricks.
* Optimization on lighting algorithm.
* Fix various Data Monitor.
* Fix stud logic for monitor screen wedge.
* Shader for block/brick geometry improved : better filtering and faster borders.
* Screen Space Ambiant Occlusion desactivated for now.
* Block Light added.
* Brick light shape and build logic modified.
* Item Icon super sampling.
* Weapons color can be painted.
* Tabs are re-organized
* Some bricks icon preview are re-oriented

[Known issues]
* now there is some seams issue on some texture, it is linked to the new shader, I will have to update these one by one.
* Block sounds are to be re-implemented.

Dont forget to use the latest saves in the dropbox also.

Now I will do some post in various sections on what I would like to test in the coming day if some of you want to help me out on that.

Next step is to continue the codex re-organization by bundling bricks in more logical shapes, and do the bulk-shape merge at the level of the item.
I will add also some advanced command for advanced builders  Cool

yeah no worries that was 100% expected, I updated the way block rotation are sorted in the blueprint format so I had to do mapping to the new format (1st pic was without the mapping), and I changed the way color are deal with because of the paint system, so I had to retouch all the textures (that was for the tedious part lol)
