There appear to be two resolutions, one set in "unity startup manager" and the one set inside the game. No matter what I set in the unity startup window the game starts with "internal resolution" of 640x480 and "external resolution" of n(whatever I've chosen in the startup window). Also game doesn't remember "internal resolution" after restart but remembers audio settings.

Ok so it means each time you have to reset the resolution ?
Yes they use a different save system, resolution is unity native player preference stuff, and this what is not working for you. Other settings are saved by me in C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\TsunamayoCorp\Skywanderers\SETTINGS.ini
I will search to find what can be wrong with your config.
Also I plan to remove completely the unity startup manager, but it would require a bit of work because of the way control works in Unity so it is not a priority for now.

Each time I have to go into in-game options and select 1920x1080 resolution(the unity startup manager resolution settings are always preserved but the internal in-game ones aren't).

EDIT: I know what's the problem. The resolution window in options doesn't show the current resolution just the first one from the list which is 640x480. Confused me a little Smile
