Planets Development process

I was just thinking about this game and remembered the hundreds of thousands of planets in the game and then realised something Whats the development time on planets or are they even being developed?

I was jsut wandering becouse right now this games alot like SE was in its early days a game that purely in space with the main physical thing you can find is the asteroids like in SE's early days which was a giant asteroid field

So I was just thinking whats the long term plan for planets and the like
