[Fixed][Medium Priority][Controls] Actions assigned to numpad keys don't work

Description of the issue: When binding a numpad key to an action the action is bound successfully but the game only responds to "normal" key version of the numpad key.
Frequency of the issue: Always
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Go to controls page
2. Bind any action(crouch for example) to a numpad key
3. Try it out(it won't work)
4. Try the "normal" key duplicate of the numpad key(it works)
Possible Workaround: N/A

Ok I will try to check it - I dont have a numpad so I might ask you to check . Also the key are assigned to item bar slot, so it is a bit crappy to have them assignable - I will check that.
